Product Shipments
eshop-htec.gr can serve customers from all over Greece. Your orders are shipped depending on the availability of the products usually from 24 to 48 hours. In the event that your order cannot be executed due to force majeure (bad weather conditions, strikes, etc.), we will contact you to let us know if you wish to complete it.
Withdrawal and Product Returns
You have the right to return the products you buy within fourteen (14) days from the date you receive them and after prior relevant telephone or written information from our company. In this case, you will be charged the cost of returning the products (5 euros). Returns are accepted only if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them, i.e. without damage to their packaging, together with the relevant documents, receipt or purchase invoice that accompanied the product. In case of product return, the company is not obliged to refund money but to issue a credit note and credit the customer’s card with the corresponding amount of money for future purchases. In addition, any guarantees on our products do not apply in cases of misuse or any form of damage that may occur and is not due to an error by the manufacturer.
Product Prices
All prices shown in our catalogs include 24% VAT. These prices refer to the quantities available in our warehouse, while eshop-htec.gr reserves the right to adjust the prices. For certain regions of Greece for which reduced VAT rates apply and if your order is made with an invoice, then the prices of the products are lower than those listed under the reduced VAT. For credit card installment transactions, the monthly installment amount is the product price divided by the number of installments you have chosen, without any additional interest.

All the transactions you carry out through eshop-htec.gr are governed by International and European law that regulates issues related to electronic commerce (Directive 2000/31/EC, PD 131/2003) as well as by the Consumer Protection Law (L. 2251/1994) which regulates issues related to distance sales.
