Product Returns

You can return part or all of the products you ordered through our online store within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day of purchase and after you have contacted us via phone or email. The cost of returning the products is borne by the buyer.
Along with the returned product you must send us all the details of the product you want to replace it with.
Products to be returned must:

• Be in the original delivery condition in their packaging which must be intact
• Not have been used
• Be mailed for return by the recipient of the product no later than ten calendar days
• Prior to returning them, you must communicate your intention via phone or email

Cases of D.O.A. (dead on arrival – Defective on arrival) are treated differently, as the respective delegation is involved. In this case, our store must first be informed (by phone or in writing), so that we can provide the appropriate solution to your problem.

* In cases of return of products that have been sent with free shipping, the customer is charged the shipping cost of the original shipment and the shipping cost of the return.
